Expertise includes development of various crusher types, application engineering, engineering analysis and design, innovations, re-engineering, strategic planning, problem solving, etc.

Has developed over 25 new crusher models and done research in crusher variables to optimize their performance. Established a strong network of industry experts to provide synergistic help in solving difficult and challenging problems.

Possesses two Masters degrees in Engineering from University of Wisconsin.

Jim Sheridan

An innovative machine designer with in-depth knowledge of Mechanical design, Hydraulics, Electrical circuits and Auto-Cad systems and over 22 years of experience.

Has expertise in developing novel designs that improve function, reduce cost and increase reliability. Solves difficult problems with a systematic approach and ingenuity that lead to quick solutions. Has hands on skills that speed up testing and prototype manufacture.

Successfully developed several sizes of Gyratory and Impact crushers. Trained service personnel in troubleshooting field problems reducing warranty claims by over a $1 million.
